We've never stayed anyplace where the balance of attentiveness and privacy were achieved so perfectly. John and Charlie are not only great hosts, but wonderful, warm and friendly people. They make Quail's Covey the exquisite retreat setting that it is. Yes, of course, our room was very nice and the surroundings are great as well. My wife and I walked the trails through Quail Hollow State Park, which adjoin John and Charlie's property, and visited some of the many things to do in the area. But our greatest joy came from the conversations we shared with John and Charlie and the delicious meals and desserts that Charlie provided.
